MECE means Mutually Exclusive and Collectively Exhaustive (MECE) (see ).

A good dictionary of a language comes close to being MECE for the vocabulary of that language.

Can one (or a few) information actants be MECE for the content on actors, initiatives, regulations, situations and arguments that occur in the discourse on public affairs?

At wikiworx components a set of dictionaries and an Actor Atlas are proposed as information actants that could approach being MECE for such content.

The efforts to create a MECE compliant information resource on public affairs must be contrasted with the waste implied by creating MECE-violating works as highlighted and explained for the print book.
