3. Introduction. The context and objectives of the report could be presented here. The introduction may briefly describe priorities and targets for sustainable development and their relation to the Sustainable Development Goals, and a discussion of critical challenges. Also describe how existing other reports have been used, and how the three dimensions of sustainable development are present.
